Alpha Packaging - Quality Packaging for the Health and Beauty, Nutritional, Pharmaceutical, Niche Food and Beverage Industries

Alpha Packaging manufactures high-quality bottles and jars made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and Polylactide (PLA) for the pharmaceutical, nutritional, personal care and niche food and beverage markets. Our capabilities include superior-quality injection and injection stretch blow molding, as well as extrusion blow molding.

Alpha manufactures stock and custom containers in a variety of styles and colors, all of which are available with very short lead times. Alpha is a company that is proud of its history, but always looks toward its future. The company was founded back in 1969 and its current management team has been in place since 1985.

alphaAll of our plants house state-of-the-art injection blow molding equipment for both PET and HDPE bottles and jars. Our 210,000ft² headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, 80,000ft² plant in Salt Lake City, Utah, 93,000 ft² plant in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, 120,000 ft² plant in Jacksonville, Florida and our newly-acquired, 100,000 ft² plant in Ypsilanti, Michigan serve both domestic and global customers.
Experienced sales and customer service representatives serve the entire United States. Alpha also sells through domestic and international stocking distributors who are all extremely knowledgeable about our product line.

Injection blow and injection stretch blow molding production technologies

alphaAlpha Packaging serves industries that demand consistent quality, whether it's in the resins used, color, true shape, innovative molds or customer service. Alpha's primary industries include personal care (or health and beauty aids), nutritional, pharmaceutical and niche food and beverage.
We employ injection blow and injection stretch blow molding production technologies that don't require secondary steps such as trimming - these are the methods of choice for consistent quality. We also extrusion blow mold some styles of our HDPE bottles and jars.
Alpha combines these tried and tested molding technologies with many automated processes, including stack packers and soft-touch take-out systems to prevent scratching of clear PET bottles and jars.

High-quality bottle and jar manufacturer

Quality is our number one priority at Alpha Packaging. Our manufacturing process integrates only the finest FDA-approved raw materials with state-of-the-art equipment and stringent quality control procedures at every station on the line. All manufacturing and warehousing is conducted in a sealed, clean, controlled environment to ensure products meet our high standards.

alphaAlpha's customers have always reported that our plastic bottles and jars exceed the quality accepted within their industries. To ensure we keep hearing these great comments, Alpha has invested in new systems to further ensure our packaging is ready to be filled when it reaches the customer. Leak detectors on every line and a vision system which verifies bottle colors are just two of the newest ways Alpha is meeting our customers' needs for quality.
And finally, because Alpha builds and maintains most of its own tooling, any issues with quality can be quickly addressed before they impact delivery schedules.
